Return & Exchange Policy

Jewelry

  • Refund Eligibility: Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Process: Customers must contact customer service to initiate the return. They are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Bath and Body Products

  • Refund Eligibility: Due to health and safety regulations, bath and body products are non-refundable once opened or used.

  • Exceptions: A full refund or replacement is available if the product arrives damaged or defective. Customers should report issues within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence.

  • Return Process: For unopened items, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging, and customers are responsible for shipping costs unless there is a defect.

Handbags

  • Refund Eligibility: Handbags can be returned within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exceptions: Personalized or monogrammed handbags are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

  • Return Process: Customers need to contact customer service for return instructions. Once the handbag is received and inspected, a refund will be issued, minus any shipping costs.

Home Decor

  • Refund Eligibility: Unused, undamaged home decor items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exceptions: Custom or handmade items, or those marked as “Final Sale,” are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Return Process: Customers initiate returns by contacting customer service. Refunds are issued after inspection, minus shipping.

General Policy Notes
